The River
The syndicate members also have exclusive rights to fish a five hundred yard stretch of the river colne which runs directly through the estate.
During the summer months part of the river is full of lilly pads making surface fishing very interesting.
The river contains most coarse fish with a good head of carp present to well over twenty pounds, normal close season rules apply.
There is a maximum of four anglers allowed on the river at any one time which makes stalking a very effective method, with most carp getting caught right under your feet.
